The highest scores are 800-850 depending on the type of system used.
I've seen low scores into the 350's, though some now won't report a score lower than 500.
Most lenders require a 500 minimum for the possibility of getting a loan and 580-600 usually is the cut off for actually being able to obtain one.
A score of 620 usuallly is the starting point for standard interest rates/fees and 720 is the point for reduced fees, etc. Some might possibly offer even more descounts on scores over 750.
