Tell Me What Kind Of Investor I Want To Be
I would like to offer sellers or non sellers less for what there property is worth ,then sell deal to an investor.(s)
That would go for any house pretty or ugly,(example)if theres an ad in paper buyer selling for 399k i would offer something in the area of 289-300,if ecepted would then find an investor to purshase deal for a fee.
Are there any investors that would be interested in something like this? Im new to real estate ,but want to get in some how in nyc.With this said can u tell me if there is such an investor, if so what is it called.
