does any one look at the property postings? i have one listed and have not had any responses yet. is there another way to list it for sale on here?

I just went to your postings and didnt see your property... Could help if you had it in your profile as well.
I look all the time...........just not in GA.......most that I see here in CA have been on the retail level or higher for the most part......that is fine....but it doesnt make me come back as often as if there were more investor friendly listings.....right now its a sellers market and when that turns around I imagine it to be a great place to look for the deals...
