Other Ideas For Us
Hi everyone. I might be placing this query in the wrong forum, but only because it doesn't seem to fit appropriately in any of them. Anyhow, because we are all here to discuss creative ways to make money, I have some general ideas that I thought might be interesting for us to talk about. While some of them are not exactly real estate, I believe they are oppertunities we might enjoy learning about because they all involve somewhat passive income, or at least not slaving for the Man. If you have any thoughts, comments or other ideas to add to this list, please post them here for us all. I'm just trying to expand my knowledge and expose myself to new ideas, so please contribute. Here are a few ideas I've considered for down the road
1) Unattended laundries
2) Self serve car washes
3) Vending in general
4) Just about anything coin-operated
5) Private ATM's
6) Payphones
7) Ebay
8 ) Self storage units
