We just found out the people who are serving up some of our ads put an ad in that is doing that. Needless to say we told the system that we did not want the ads and they still served them up.
We have also banned the website that was doing it from our advertisers. But contact us on the feedback form if you see any more.
I thought I was the only one getting them.
Time to get another filter.

Sorry about posting this in the wrong forum.
i don't think it is TCI. It is probably your IE. I get popups with XP and IE even when I'm not using IE sometimes. It's crazy!!!
