Hi,
I look forward to being a positive community member. I read the Forum Rules above and I am assuming that such behavior is not allowed? All of these rules are statements, in fact definitions. I am confused.

Example: Rule # 4 states; "POSTING PERSONAL INFORMATION": Does this mean you do not want me to post personal information?

Rule # 9 states; "YELLING TITLES AND TOPICS WRITTEN IN ALL CAPS!!" Does this mean don't do this or does it mean do this if you are intending to "yell" or "advertise"?

Also, I was checking out your Mortgage and investment tools. Really cool tools! However, I found your Debt-inator to be somewhat confusing. It offerered help on "how to pay off" my bills. When I attempted to use it, it seemer rather to be a listing tool. Did I miss something? Does it have a function or is it merely a listing tool?

I'm really glad to find you folks and look forward to learning a lot on your site. Thanks, DKC

    DKC,

    Glad to meet you.

Q - Example: Rule # 4 states; "POSTING PERSONAL INFORMATION": Does this mean you do not want me to post personal information?

$ - Yes, do not post your web site, telephone number, I am a tax attorney, etc., you post to help or be helped.

Q - Rule # 9 states; "YELLING TITLES AND TOPICS WRITTEN IN ALL CAPS!!" Does this mean don't do this or does it mean do this if you are intending to "yell" or "advertise"?

$ - It means what is says, do not use caps in the title of the post or in the post. It is considered not only rude but could also mean someone is advertising or yelling.

The last question I will leave to someone else.
