Looking To Invest In The USA
Hi Guys,
I am an Australian and a professional investor looking to invest in residential & small apartment properties in the USA.
I am hoping you can point me in the right direction for the following queries:
1. Are there any reports that identifies what areas to invest.
2. Recommended attorney & CPA
3. Lenders that I can access for mortgages
4. Are there any preferred regions for foreclosure properties

investigated forming a fund for off shore investors when the dollar was so week. There are alot of issue that you need to talk to a aussie & US tax and investing.
e.g.
There are certain restriction on aussie investing offshore.
If a non-citizen sell a property, they are subject to FIRPA.
How are the annual cash flow taxed?
