Condo Conversation?
Condo Conversation? I am trying to find more info on Condo Conversations? does anyone have some good ides? the main thing is i am trying to figure out the cost on the Conversations if they propriety does not need any work because some more landscaping the numbers are like this 300 units at avg. 175,000 can sell for=52,500,000 I can get a loan of 65% @ after market vaule (Hard Money) 34,125,000 the property is selling for 33,000,000 not much room to work with. Any ides? Maybe do a deal with the seller?
