What exactly are you trying to accomplish? There are different tactics for seller Call back from cold call, seller calling from an ad, etc. Can you be more specific?
I was looking for a basic voice mail script for people looking to lease option a home. The script would be on a 24 hour recorded message box. If you have any or knows anybody who does could you let me know as soon as possible.

No,it is best to answer the phone personally. You cannot explain lease optioning in 30 seconds on a voice mail.
