Neal’s updates: Transition is going as expected
Still trying to get in contact with all owners.
Have been making contact with several owners.
Transition from Shelton property management caused some defaults in water and insurance. It has now been made current.
Negotiated with trash collection company. The fees have been lowered this month.
Online portal has received good support.

New parking signs have been ordered and posted. Working to get parking plan current. New towing company is Casey’s Towing Company.
During cold weather in January pipes in 3923 bldg froze. (All of the kitchen pipes are on external walls). Need to check that property covenants cover repairs to info structure. Plumbers need to take before and after pictures of damage and repairs.
