Taxes On A Home That Is Not Listed!!!
Hello All,
I have recently come across a home that is for sale that has 2002 tax that are NOT paid. I did not see it listed for the next tax sale in GA, for my county.
I ant to know if I could pay the taxes anyway on the home without getting it at the tax sale...???

Start at the courthouse and ask what the procedure is in your county/state. IN oregon it takes about 4 years to get a home for delinquent taxes. My parents frequently let theirs lapse for two years at a time and then pay up so 2002 may be nothing to get excited about.
Check at the courthouse, they will have the answers you need.
