First time poster here - can anyone please tell me about the process of tax liens in Baltimore? I actually met a man who is doing this successfully - we corresponded through email, but it appears he's too busy of late to offer advice/mentorship ...
..anyone to show me the right direction with experience in Baltimore?

if you do not receive a reply from anyone regarding MD, there are many books on the topic that provide a general and state specific explanation for this topic. It is worth the investment to educate yourself.
