Tax Liens By Mail
I live in Ohio where Tax Liens are not practical because most counties don't offer them and the few that I have found sell in bulk.
I am considering buying tax liens in other states by mail. Is it possible to do a sufficient amount of due diligence without having to travel to the other states prior to buying the lien?
When buying a tax lien certificate, what risks are there, if any, which could result in losses above and beyond the initial investment?
