TAX LIEN SALES
It seems to me that tax lien sales in areas such as New Jersey are impossible to purchase at because big investors bid everyone else out. What are some areas that are less competitive giving a smaller investor such as myself the ability to compete?

Probably in the less populous counties. There will be fewer parcels, thus fewer delinquent parcels, thus fewer liens available. Businessfolk will concentrate on the sales with a lot of liens available.
