Tax Lien Notice To Foreclose

meditate profile photo

I know that for a valueable property one should get a lawer. But, for a el cheapo empty lot. Where can one get a basic notice that one can plug the info into? I have checked with the county, they just say to get a lawyer.

I was able to get the steps needed , but I can not find the proper format. I've tried the statues but nothing exactly shows up. oh oh

What is it you wish to do? do you want to foreclose or do you want to cure a foreclosure, or do you want to buy the lot then cure the foreclosure. I need more info to answer your question.

Hi. I want to foreclose on a tax lien certificate. You have to provide notice to deed owner, any mortgage holder in person , or if not in the county, printed in the local paper for 3 weeks etc. etc. I had gotten all the time frames etc. but , I can not find the format for the notice. I am sure that there must be one out there somewhere.

Go into the county office where you wil be filing the documents when you have them. Look for earlier filings of the same documents. You get copies. Either they are commercially printed, with the company name on them, or they are individually made up. In the latter case, you use the half-dozen or so samples you have to make up your own form.

My father was born in NE and I have visited several times. I still have a couple of uncles and aunts there, as well as quite a few cousins.
