Tax Lien Info.
Thanks to those who answered my initial question. I was just wondering if anyone knows if there is one "course," book, etc. that could be recommended for someone starting out in buying tax lien certificates that is both comprehensive and not too expensive. Also Robert Allen mentions a term "assignment purchasing" in his course. Does anyone understand this term?
i suggest John Beck's course... it's cheap, but it doesn't give a ton of info for a lot of places... but it does give you enough info to find the info you need.
