Is the tax lien auction once a year or monthly in Palm Beach and Broward Counties? Can I buy them outside of auction dates also?

Check the clerk of courts web page for the county your interested in. They should have alist of up coming sales.
Tax lien sales in the state of florida must by law be before the 1st of June every year. Call your county tax collector to find out about buying tax liens directly after auction.
Generally, in the state of Florida the tax sales only come around once a year. I have heard of investors purchasing tax certificates post sale, because for some reason or another were not sold at the auction. Rules and/or laws may vary from county to county , so you might want to check with county's tax collectors department.
