Tax Lein Certificates
Thank you for your previous advise about tax lein auctions. I want to invest/purchase tax lein certificates because the yearly rate is 18% where I reside. I am aware of the positives for tax lein certificates but what are the dangers involved with tax lein certicates?I am new to this and I appreciate your advise. Thank you.
