Tax Deeds In Texas
Hello: I am trying to find anyone that is doing tax deeds in Texas. I would like to either partnership or work with someone. I have funds to buy but don't have connections to dispose of the properties after acquisitions. As all auctions in all counties are held on the first tuesday of each month, its hard to be in several counties at one time. Please contact me. Thanks
Look counties sell when they do it may say that somewhere but what if 252 counties have thier tax payers all paying promptly and on time then there would be no taxes deliquent. Right, So call a county, find over the counter props,do the due dilligence on the list of over the counter props then before any thing go see A lawyer
