Tax Deed Quiet Title Action FL

Hello Guys,

Does anybody know how long I have to hold a TAX DEED for untill I can apply for the Quiet Title Action in Florida.

    It will depend on the county for which the tax deed is for. I am in Hillsborough County and once the purchase price is paid in full (which you have 24 hours from the time of sale) then the property is yours and a quite title can be obtained. There is no redemption period once the property is paid in full.

    However, other counties you purchase a tax certificate which the prior owner has a set amount of time to redeem the property. Check with the office for which you obtained the tax deed.
