Does anyone have contact info for a tax sale buyer or website in chicago. I am looking especially at the south side.... Kenwood/Bronzville...... I'm looking for vacant lots
Make sure you read the Illinois State Statutes, Chapter 35 see http://www.legis.state.il.us/ and register as soon as you can at the County Treasurer's Office as many locations draw large numbers in and around the Chicago metro areas.
You can search for county treasurer's office by going to google and doing a search for example:
Tax Sale Chicago
Tax Sale cook county Illinois
Tax Sale Illinois
And then place quotation ( "investor" ) around your sentence search will even give you a greater search result.
I am confused.
Are you looking for info on how tax sales are run and therefore who to contact about the next one?
Or are you looking for a specific buyer that bought at a tax sale?
