Tax Certificates In Ohio
Hi, Does anyone know the counties that sell Tax Lien Certificates in Ohio. I was told only 5 counties in Ohio sell the Tax Lien Certificates. Is this true? Also, told that there must be 200,000 people in a county in Ohio for them to sell Tax Lien Certificates, Is this true? Thanks in advance
