I know which course your talking about, but have not read the book. What I do know which makes me a little leary of purchasing this program is that is $67 deadline price keeps getting extended.
I bought it (compared to the other one for $2800, it seems like a real bargain) - and I think it is helpful. It gives a state-by-state breakdown of info like redemption periods/rates; gives lots of links to counties/municipalities. The only complaint I have for now is that every time I go into it, I have to sign in w/a password, even tho is loaded on computer. However, the guy running it has been very gracious and kind to me (I messed up on order - he agreed not to charge/send multiple copies), which gives me hope for future contact with him.
