PA Tax Sale
PA has three tax sales the upset (sale price plus all liens, judical (free and clear) and repository (unsold properties)
a house is up for sale at the judical sale but was never advertised for the upset sale. is this allowed or could the sale be overturned by the owner. what would happen to the Pa state sales and income tax lien that the owner has against him
