In missouri if u win at tax sale 1 or 2 nd auction they have a 1 year to pay taxes on property but 3rd or 4 th they only have 0 day is this correct If so when do u send out the letters 1 or 2nd auction 3 months before it expires and 3 rd or 4 th auction right away

Does and body know where i can get a sample copy of the notice that needs to be sent out in the State of Missouri andd how do i prove that i have sent out the letters to get a Quilt title done
