Medicaid Lien On Property?
I am as newbie as it gets so please bare with me. I have read that on redemption of a tax lien certificate that all existing liens on the property are erased. Fist, is this correct? Second, if it is correct are there any exceptions (i.e. IRS, Medicaid/Medicare, etc...)? Thanks, Rick R
