If you study his infomericial--as I did this morning, oddly enough--you'll see that any condo that sold for $50,000 in Scottsdale must have sold a long time ago...notice how low his 'sell' prices are; that tells you his info is a little old. You can learn at least as much just paging through all the fora and posts here, too.
He sure has pretty and compelling infomercials, and any guru who'll inspire you to get started on the road to investing is worth fifty bucks. Just don't give him your phone number, because that's when you'll hear the real John Beck sales pitch...

Actually John doesn't have anythng to do with that. He sold the rights to a company. I heard he is sorry he did now. Not sure though. But John is a decent guy.
Do a search in the forums for John Beck, I think there is a whole 2 pages of feedback!

If you but his course, buy from his site (.net). Don't use the .tv site. The .tv site takes a long time.
