I have looke on numerous sites on the net and have yet to find one that describes how to calculate FMV for a property. Where can this information be obtained? Any help would be greatly apprecitaed.
FMV is determined by recent sales of nearby comporable properties. You can find this in public records at your county tax accessors office. Ask a RE Agent to pull comps in the area.
