I have looke on numerous sites on the net and have yet to find one that describes how to calculate FMV for a property. Where can this information be obtained?

FMV is determined by recent sales of nearby comporable properties. You can find this in public records at your county tax accessors office. Ask a RE Agent to pull comps in the area.
Thank you for clearing that up. Here I thought it was some big calculation that needed to be done. This sight is very cool.
