Fla. Tax Liens

Hi Guys,

Is there any of you with any experience buying FL tax liens?
I have 'zero' experience in this area and
am seriously considering it.

    People talk about Florida tax liens and tax sales several times a week. Do a search on the site for "fl" and "florida." Spend the next two days reading about tax sales in FL.

    Are you looking for the interest return or are you hoping to one day pick up a property cheap.

    From my research in the past, FL process works so that all liens eventually get redeemed. If the owner has not paid up the property is auctions in a tax deed sale with the lien holder being paid off. The lien holder has no priority in the bidding.

    A number of folks really like this if they are investing only for the interest income.
