Finding Properties With Tax Liens In Pennsylvania??

Can anyone tell me about the process in Pennsylvania about buying properties with liens? I tried contacting the local tax assesors office from my county (Lawrence), but I have yet to hear back . I am from Western Pa., so if anyone has any help I would appreciate it. I am new to tax liens, so bear with me :coolgrin: Thanks all!!

    You won't find TLC's in PA. It's a tax deed state. Goto this question and see my post. "Quick Question/ Tax Sales!!!!" which is about PA.
