Does Anyone Have Exp Buying Tax Liens In GA?

I'm just beginning my research on buying tax liens in GA (specifically Fulton & Cobb counties) and would love to get advice & feedback from anyone who has actually gone through the process. I know general info (12 mos redemption period, foreclosure procedures after the redemption period to actually file a deed, 20% return after year one, 30% yr 2, etc.). I'd like to know 1)if there is such a thing in GA of being able to buy liens after they go on the auction free and clear w/out a redemption period (some states have this), 2)what QUICK sources I can access (newspaper or online) to find out what liens are for sale, 3)a good source to get GA's tax lien sales policies, and 4)good & bad experiences.
