Creative Selling Tactics?
Anyone have any good ideas on selling lots? Of course I have it listed on TCI! BUT!
I was wondering if anyone wouldnt mind sharing a few creative ideas...I am trying to think outside the box, since we are in sort of a slump down here in Florida...No one is buying right now. I am open to any and all ideas. Thank you!

Our semi-annual tax sales leave very few bargains for the investor.
We try to make contact with the owner a pay a few buck for a Quit Claim now rather than going to the auction.
