Can A Foreign Company Buy Tax Liens?
I am interested in finding out of there are restrictions against foreign companies purchasing tax liens. I have been researching the tax lien business. I am trying to figure out if I could set up a foreign corp (grand caymans, isle of man etc) to purchase the tax liens. Anyone done that? Any issues with the tax lien entities. eramos
