I know how to get the house and HAVE the
tax liens expire DUE TO THE OWNER'S LIABLITY IF THEY DON'T LET IT GO.

    Well If you have a certain patent like (re the house and the tax lien)
    which I know how to do then if they use it,
    which they have to , to keep the house,
    then they are liable....So it's worth it to them to give it to you by not paying off the tax lien at all and then you get it free and clear from them not paying it.

    They are darned if do and darned if don't , but if they don't they you get it, if they do redeem it then they are liable per use re the terms of the added contract which you put them on good faith notice of. Pretty nifty and lawful.

    The added contract I know of is completly separate from the house or tax lien status and it is all truthful and lawful. It is due to article 9 of u.c.c. as of 2002. In the recording of the papers makes it self executing after the obligation is satisfied I believe.

    This is only my own opinion.

    Find a tax lien and I can demo the process.
