online lien property info

I am looking to buy tax liens in the Los Angeles (CA) county area and would like to find some online resorces which will give me info on the propertys. I have found a few sites that sell these list and was wondering if anyone knew of a site where there are no fees involved. If not, could you suggest the best site (fee paying) that you know? Thanks for your help.
