Self Directed Real Estate IRA In FLORIDA
Hey guys, I'm posting this question for my father who is looking to transfer his IRA to a bank in florida that specializes in Self directed real estate IRA's.
He needs a bank that offers rent checks to go into the IRA and Mortage payments withdrawn auotmaticaly. He is going to be moving to south FL and is looking for a local bank.
Any Info would be very much appreciated!
I have not heard of any banks that offer self directed IRAs. Entrust and Equity Trust Co. are two companies that do self-directed IRAs but are not banks.
I checked out their websites and they look to be exactly what he is looking for. Does anyone have expirence with either of these companys? is one better than the other? Thanks

the Entrust guy in Orlando / Lake Mary FL seems very smart and personable. I would use him.
