How much time is needed bewtween setting up a self-directed IRA account and buying a house? I saw a house that I like but my money is with Schwab in stocks.
It is not from a 401k I am rolling money into IRA. I already have a IRA account with Schwab. I was thinking about transferring that into Sterling or Equity Trust and then let the account invest in a house.
Usually 30 days to set up your LLC, transfer funds and get your check book.
