Primary Home Sale/tax Liability

My wife and I are both over 65 and will be retiring next year. We own and live in a two family house which we plan to sell.What are the tax liabilities? Anyway to save on some taxes??. :-S

    How long have you owned and lived in the property?

    How did you use the other half of the 2-family?
