Where Are The Sub 2 Deals Most Prevelant?
If you could move anywhere, and wouldmove based on the amount of possible great Sub2, where would you move to and why.?
Why is , what info gives you to the reason for choosing the City or State you are choosing, foreclosures, tax records, etc..., what leads you to this decision , please.

Not much movement these days I see.
Well maybe a boot once a week or so and a response may come forth, if not oh well, no big deal.
Sometimes research is best done by oneself, more trust worthy that way.
