Trust Question.
To all those who use trust to buy subto. Should I notify the bank and let then know that the property is being put into a trust for estate purposes??

Or should I just name the trust after the seller and forget about calling the bank.
i have done it many times and name myself the trustee. i make the Trust "10 main st trust" and i even tell them that im calling because im trustee of the property. they dont even think anything of it and they dont care.[ Edited by ryand on Date 05/30/2005 ]
