The TEXAS Market? Anything Special I Should Know?
Hello All, Does anybody have a good understanding of the Texas (Houston, Austin, Dallas, Galveston) market that they would want to share w/me? I've got a couple SFH and MF units that I've been looking at on Subject To's but am unfarmiliar with the market and it's making me a little nervous. Just wondering if there is anything special or unique (problems) that I could run into in Texas. Any area's that I should focus on or stay away from? Thanks! Stella :-)
