Perhaps you should consider John Locke's materials. He is currently in Florida I think, and his materials come with personal attention if you need it. I have the course and am very pleased so far.
I too have the course but the forms are not state specific, they are I believe good in at least NV.
I am looking to find someone here in Florida that has done one or many and would be legally upheld in a Fl court "if needed" (hopefully never have to) forms. Also, that the person can say with certainty these are the forms needed signed and these are what are needed to be recorded.
And if he/she would actually be so kind as to send me them (unless the ones in Johns book will work).

I have not passed them by my attorney yet.

Just take John's forms to your attorney and have him/her make them state specific, It should be easy enough.
