Subject To -- In Probate

I have someone who is interested in walking away from their property. They inheirited it. However it will have to go through probate. He is willing to just give it back to the bank. I was under the impression that all debts must be satisfied in probate. Any suggestions? oh oh

Find out who was designated as the administrator of the estate in the decedents will. He may have the power to sell the property without court confirmation & simply probate the proceeds from the sale rather than the house.

    Good Luck

That is valuable info. The administrator is the heir soo it shouldn't be a problem.
    Thanks a ton.

an update on this transaction. This one went through fine but not before a lawyer got invovled. He just asked me to place a thousand dollars on the transaction above what I was offering which was
minus 1200. He said he wanted to ask so that his client would think he is bringing something to the transaction. I said anything I can do to make the Law profession look good I am willing to help! So now I have contributed $1,000 dolloars to "make the lawyers look good foundation".
