Subject To advice for newbie
I've heard a lot of raving reviews about the Subject To manual and course on this sight. I am most impressed with John Locke and his openness to share his knowledge on the techniques and make himself available for consulting too. Before I invest the $150.00 for the manual, I wanted to find out from those of you involved in this type of investing if it is only successful in certain areas of the nation? I want to start off part time and do not want to be doing a lot of travelling or relocating to find an area/state that it works best in. Is there anyone in the Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs doing Subject To deals and what are some of the challenges that this area has brought to you?

It works everywhere in the country except where you are!
No, really, just learn the ropes, get yourself a creative real estate attorney to keep things legal and just go and do it! The only hindrances are your own reluctance and pensiveness.

First let me say I spent a week one night in Philadelphia.
I had the same question posed to me a few years ago, someone I trained was tranferred to Dayton, Ohio and said "will it work here?"
I replied "do they have houses and people there." Well we know the answer to that question. He did very well in Dayton using the Subject To method of investing. The reason I point out Dayton is that the only thing I liked about the place were the Greek Salads there, I do not know why the have such great salads there.
Did you ever stop to think how many real pro investors never post on any forums or boards anywhere and these investors are out there. What do you suppose the reason is? Probably the same reason some people tell you that it won't work where you are at, do they want another competitor in there area?
So you want some type of guarantee that is works where you are? Here is the guarantee my method will work there if you do.
If you don't think the Sub 2 method will work for you do not look for me to convince you but to eliminate you from making the investment as I do not need anyone that can't make it.
