Sub2--One Of The 2 Owners Of The Property Missing
I have a possible sub2 deal here in NJ. One of the 2 owners-- a boy friend left his girl friend in year 2000 and moved out. She kept on making mortgage payments till 11/05 when she fell on hard times. She does not know the whereabouts of himt. Please advise as to how to go about doing this deal.
