Sub-2, Subject To
Hello, I have an opportunity in Maryland which probably best fits a Sub-2. I would like the assistance of an investor experienced in Sub-2s and/or Lease/Options and, I would prefer to speak with someone who has experience in/with Maryland Real Estate law issues. Any recommendations?

No onw has probably let you know but you are not to include personal info in the forum such as phones emails etc. Thet had to tell me too. PM works good and you may put email address in your profile.
