Ok What Is My Option Here
I have a home I want to purchase and want to make an offer asap. This is a personal residence. I was going to offer a L/O or CFD and also a Conventional mortgage loan thru a local mortgage co. I dont know what to do here. Owner has home free and clear and isnt in any hurry for sale but wants to move to another area close by . I really lkie the home and am afraid that another buyer may move in on it. I dont have great credit and not really too much $ to put down in fact I am borrowing The $ for DP from a Family member.
