Insurance On Sub To Property
What do you do about insuring your interest in the property when you take a property subject to an existing mortgage? Are there insurance companies that will write a policy to cover you while the house is being rehabbed? I realize you can leave the sellers policy in place, but it does not provide you with any coverage. Thanks, Bill
