How Much Of A Realtionship Do You Have With The Bank?
In a subject-to has anybody had good/bad expreinces dealing with the bank? Do you try to be sure the bank knows that you are the owner of the house, or do you take a the-less-they-know-the-better approach?

Do you reroute mail to come your way- or is it as simple as getting the payment book, and making payments with your checks, that have their account number written in the memo field?
What if they don't have their payment coupon book?
