" FINALLY THE BOOK HAS COME BACK TO VIRGINIA " {imitating the ROCK }

Good Day my fellow investors,

Well the good news is I recieved Mr Cash book " SUB TO " on saturday.

All the good things people said about the book, I had to purchase it to see for myself. Its true about bieng good but what gets me is the Yellow Note Pad. To be honest I hated Yellow Note Pads unti I recieved that one with the SUB TO book. That will be my money maker. Hail to MR CASH.

I have one thing to ask to my fellow investors.

On the first SUB TO deal, was anyone NERVOUS ??

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Mr Cash I just want to thank you for your time in supporting us New Investors. People like yourself , helping others with thier dreams are hard to come by. So thanks again. If you are ever in the Hampton Roads area , let me know I would like to buy you a drink.

Fellow investors if you haven't invested in Mr Cash "SUB TO " book, thats the first thing you need to do after reading this post.

Keep Investing

Jose

I was nervous. The seller gave me hell, he was a realtor, but I got the house.

Good luck with your deals but remember that the seller's need us. Once you understand that, you'll never be nervous again. No matter the situation, your providing a solution, and if they don't like it, they don't fit into your program.

Learned that one from the Cash man himself.

Your first deal regardless of what type of investing you are in is going to be the worst in terms of nerves. Instead of framing a copy of the deed, or the cheque, I framed my underwear. I was just so suprised they didn't get dirty when I signed.

    Hey Jose,

I just have a quick question. Now that you have the manual and paid the whole whopping $150 for it, would you recommend searching TCI, posting questions and trying to get the information off of the site? or spending the money on the manual?

And before I catch some more hell from this post, I'm not saying not to post questions and search TCI, all I'm saying is sometimes you can invest a little money in your education and you can get a whole lot.

Okay, I'm done, and I'm going to leave it alone.

    nebulousd,

Granted theres alot info on the site that can help you but think about it everyone needs a mentor , especially one thats willing to help you make it to the top.

There's never enough information , wether in a book or a website. You can always get different information from somewhere else.

So the answer to your question IS YES it is worth the whopping $150 especially if you can email the mentor if you have any questions.

We all know that knowledge is the key to success and you can't never have too much knowledge.

    kevinpop,

Theres a few example of different contracts/ forms you will need but I believe it depends in the state you are in. Every state is different. Its worth it.

I think everyone is nervous at first when doing something new.

As you gain more experience and do more deals, you will become more confident in your presentation and the nervousness will go away.

You have some great support here to help with your deals.

    Best of luck
